Credit agencies could decide on a U.S. credit downgrade because of political disruption: Lew Lukens
Lew Lukens, senior partner of Signum Global Advisors, joins BNN Bloomberg to discuss the looming partial U.S. government shutdown. He says political disagreements could result in a cycle of shutdowns over the next few months. He adds that stock markets are rarely affected by government shutdowns, but if it goes on for long, the markets could get jittery.
